First and foremost, thank you for your interest in working with Florida Homes International Realty. Below you will find a summary of how to complete the rental process with us.
Properties
All our properties that are on the MLS have instructions on showing assistant with the instructions to be able to show the property. If the property is tenant occupied you must allow at least 24-48 hours turnaround time for us to be able to schedule an appointment with our tenant.
Requirements
To apply with Florida Homes International Realty you will find our application with the summary and indication of the requirements. (The application can be filled out online by clicking on “Rental Application”)
Association
If the property is in conjunction with a Condo Association or HOA, you may find the application and the HOA’s contact information within the attachments of the property on MLS. In some listings, you may need to contact the HOA directly to obtain the tenant application.
Making an Offer
All offers must be submitted with the Florida Homes International Realty Contract to Lease (attached in the MLS) along with the tenant application which can also be completed online in this portal. All offers must be sent by email to admin@floridahomesintl.com. You will
have a response in 1-2 business days.
